Avinash Vashistha
Avinash Vashistha is Chairman and Geography Managing Director for Accenture in India. Before joining Accenture in January 2011, Avinash was chairman and CEO of Tholons. Earlier in his career, he founded neoIT, an offshore advisory firm, and prior to that, led Nortel’s pioneering outsourcing efforts in India, UK and US. He started his career with AT&T Bell Labs, USA, is a known thought leader in the industry and co-authored the book “The Offshore Nation”. Avinash is also an Executive Council member of NASSCOM. Avinash holds an engineering degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, a master’s in Computer Science from the University of Alberta and an MBA from Arizona.

Intex launches Aquq Octa Smartphone

Intex has announced the launch of its Octa Core processor phone "Aqua Octa" which is powered by MediaTek. This dual-SIM smartphone comes laden with a 6-inch capacitive touch OGS HD display that provides a 720X1280 resolution. The phone is studded with 13MP rear camera with autofocus and also flaunts a 5MP front camera.
