Prime Minister Narendra Modi has inaugurated Celkon Mobile Manufacturing unit along with three other manufacturing units by laying the foundation stone in Tirupati. Celkon Mobile Chairman and Managing Director Y. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, during his Silicon Valley visit, has invited Apple CEO to take part in his “Make-in-India” project by setting up its manufacturing unit in the country. As per the sources, Apple CEO Tim Cook has responded positively. Apple’s largest handset manufacturer, Foxconn has also decided to set up a manufacturing base in India.
