DoT restricts file transfer tool We Transfer: The Department of Telecom (DoT) has banned We Transfer, file sharing tool in the country. The service is not accessible to people on select mobile network as well as Internet service providers (ISPs). DoT ordered all ISPs to ban three specific website URLs, including WeTransfer.
