SC extends TDSAT Chairperson tenure for three months

SC extends TDSAT Chairperson tenure for three months: The tenure of Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal (TDSAT) Chairman has been extended by three months by the Supreme Court of India. The tenure is schedules to end on April 20. The Supreme Court questioned the Centre on as to why the members of the tribunal have not been appointed since October 2019.
