Vudu to be bought by Comcast-owned Fandango

Vudu to be bought by Comcast-owned Fandango: Walmart's video-on-demand service Vudu announced it will be acquired by Fandango Media, a movie ticketing service owned by cable company Comcast, has agreed to acquire Walmart Inc’s video-on-demand service, Vudu.
