AWS outage takes down a huge chunk of the internet: Amazon’s internet infrastructure service, Amazon Web Services (AWS) has undergone a multi-hour outage on Wednesday which in turn has affected a large portion of the internet. The service was almost fully restored at around 4:18AM ET on Thursday morning, according to Amazon.
