Subroto Bagchi
Subroto Bagchi, co-founded MindTree Limited (formerly known as MindTree Consulting Ltd.) in august 1999 and served as its Chief Operating Officer until April 2008. He was responsible for leading the Global People Function, Global Marketing and Facilities and Administration, and oversees Special Projects, Culture and Competence and Knowledge Management initiatives. Prior to MindTree, he served as VP of product realization at Lucent Technologies. He has written extensively in the leading newspapers and magazines, and spoken at industry platforms and educational institutions the world over. His Businessworld column - Arbor Mentis and TOI column - Times of Mind - were widely read. He wrote, The High Performance Entrepreneur (2006) and Go Kiss the World (2008).
